Please be advised that ServiceMax will be performing scheduled Asset 360 Maintenance on all Production Orgs and any Sandboxes that haven’t been upgraded yet for all customers (see https://help.servicemaxasset360.com/articles/#!servicemax-asset-360-release-notes/releases for more details).

This will involve the upgrade of the Managed Package on these Orgs, including new features and latest security fixes.

The upgrade maintenance will begin on Thursday, November 30, 2023 at 11:00 AM UTC and is expected to take between 60 – 90 minutes. As per Salesforce general guidelines, we recommend that customers do not carry out any other deployments during this time.
