A patch has been identified and ServiceMax will be performing an emergency infrastructure maintenance on Saturday, April 30, 2022, between 7 AM to 9 AM GMT hours.

For now, Service Board users may face intermittent slowness and issues when performing an auto-complete search and suggestion search; admin users may also face issues when logging in. Please retry again if such error occurs.

We are experiencing a service disruption in Service Board Production. Both production and sandbox tenants may experience intermittent slowness when using Service Board. Our engineering team is investigating the issue and we will provide an update when we have more information.
