Please be advised that ServiceMax will be performing scheduled Engage Maintenance (This will involve the upgrade of the Managed Package on all Sandbox orgs, including new features and latest security fixes) on Monday, Dec 18, 2023 between 3.30 AM - 4.30 AM GMT. During this time, ServiceMax Engage users will experience sporadic downtime.
